Service Description. This Site describes Shingle Roof Coating, Asphalt Roof Coating, Roof Rejuvenation, Roof Inspection, Roof Waterproofing provided by JS Nano Enterprises. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by JS Nano Enterprises or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. JS Nano Enterprises may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. JS Nano Enterprises disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JS Nano Enterprises arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify JS Nano Enterprises from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.
Modifications. JS Nano Enterprises may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
